Express Delivery as below:
- For Express Delivery is deliver the goods within 3hrs after make successful order.
- within 20km from our shop. For more than 20km, we also will deliver the goods as soon as we can.
- Order time available for express delivery is between 10am-7pm.
- If purchased Express Delivery after 7pm- next day 9.59am, we will deliver the goods at next day 10am-1pm.

Order received before 7pm will be on same day delivery. For order received after 7pm will be subject to the operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day deliver, otherwise it will be delivered on the next day. For after 7pm deliver, please call us directly at +6018-6621129 for request.
* For the delivery locations that have charges (eg: sungai buloh, rawang, puchong, shah alam, cyberjaya, putrajaya, puncak alam, setia alam, klang, port klang, sepang, KLIA, KLIA2, etc...), pls order minimum one day in advance OR same day before 3pm, the delivery time will be 10am-8pm. If order between 3pm-7pm, wish to deliver by same day, pls pay for EXPRESS DELIVERY FEE as RM80, we will deliver your goods in 4-6hours after you make the successful order.
Please make sure the delivery date, address and recipient's contact details which you provide are accurate. The onus is on the sender to ensure that the recipient or dedicated representative is around to receive the gift.
If the first delivery fails, we are able to arrange a redelivery for the next available time zone at a charge (amount varies depending on location).
Bloomsvale Florist reserves the right to make subsitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.Orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made. A credit note, valid for the next 6 months, will instead be issued in lieu of the refund.All Products are subject to availability. In the order of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.Product requests, we will try to fulfill all requests to the best of our ability. For simple requests like changing the color of the flower from say, red to white, just put it down in the Add Comments about your order and we will try to accommodate the request subject to the availability of the color. However, for more complicated requests, such as arrangements to your specifications, please contact us to find out if it would be possible.
